X-Men Legends on Nintendo GameCube
The humble beginnings of one of Marvel's best game series. X-Men really is perfect for an action RPG. The levels can be long with sparse checkpoints and the lack of a New Game Plus gets in the way of the obsessive grind. That said, it laid a solid foundation.

Release: Sep 21, 2004

Marvel Legends Deluxe Kang The Conquerer
This is the definitive Kang figure. All that is missing is Kang Prime's cape. The Time Chair is a thing of beauty thanks to the glossy finish. The swappable faces even allow you to build your own Council of Cross-Time Kangs, if you are willing to shell out for two of him.

X-Men: Next Dimension on Nintendo GameCube
I guess they graduated from the Mutant Academy. The new story mode is a sequel to Operation: Zero Tolerance with cutscenes voiced by Patrick Stewart. Too bad Professor X isn't playable this time. It's the best in the series and just needed a little polish to shine.

Venom/Spider-Man FCBD '21, Venom (2021) 1-39, Black Widow: Venomous 1, Venom War 1-5, Spider-man 1-4, Carnage 1-3, Zombiotes 1-3, Lethal Protectors 1-3, Venomous 1-3, Fantastic Four 1, Daredevil 1, Deadpool 1-3, Wolverine 1-3, It's Jeff 1
Al Ewing takes Venom on a sci-fi deep dive through a time travel knot that would make Netflix's Dark blush. It's an unwieldy epic, but Ram V and Grønbekk's contributions help keep it slightly grounded. The Venom War Zombiotes tie-in is a great Superior Foes of Spider-Man story.

Marvel Legends Adam Warlock
This remake was long overdue, but for how rarely we get him I can't help but wish we got a different costume. The build quality and colours are great. The grimace is a lot, but it gives him an otherworldly quality. Thankfully, the Infinity Gauntlet is removable this time.

Amadeus Cho 20th Anniversary Special (2025) 1
This was a lot of fun. Especially Amadeus' relationship with Angel. I fully endorse his unique brand of justice. Revisiting Greg Pak's Hercules run is nothing short of nostalgic bliss. It needs to be adapted as a follow up to She-Hulk if Season 2 isn't happening for some reason.

Marvel Legends Adam Warlock
Marvel Legends' first attempt at Warlock disappointed way back in 2008. The joy of finally getting him was quickly hampered by the terrible quality after Hasbro took over. Still, it's the whitewashing that bothers me most. His main physical attribute is his golden skin.

Thunderbolts*
Phases 4 and 5 culminating with this hot mess of a team is just perfect. It even feels like a satisfying conclusion to the themes of grief coming out of Endgame. On paper its derivative of Suicide Squad and The Boys, but the cast and writing elevate it among the best of the MCU.
